Entertainers Dream in Manchester
The owners of this Manchester residence wanted to improve the usability of their pool area and create an outdoor space that would allow them to entertain friends and family all year round. After meeting with the client to discuss their needs, our team got to work designing and installing a stone patio area complete with a new hot tub, firepit, and shed.
This was a challenging location with access issues to the back of the property caused by a granite ledge, and a 7 foot change in elevation. Our pool construction team raised the pool 24 inches on one side to help manage the grade changes while creating a really interesting design element.
Large modern stone pavers create a space for guests to gather by the beautiful stone fire pit or soak up the sun with a drink in hand.
Stone steps were installed on either side of the patio, leading guests to the newly paved pool area and hot tub. A custom outdoor structure was built by the hot tub, adding some character to the space while providing a place to store pool toys and patio furniture.
A few final details including the custom outdoor lights and anchor towel hooks bring the whole design together, while the vine leaf lattice and various plants add a touch of color to enhance the space.
